Q. Is there a store where I am able to try on Chilli gear before I purchase?
A. Yes, there is! We have stock at Ski Shed in Ohakune and Edge to Edge at Whakapapa Village in Mount Ruapehu.

Q. How do I know what size will fit me?
A. Have a look at our sizing chart here. With Chilli products, the closer to your skin, the warmer you'll be, so we recommend you don't size up.

Q. Am I able to get replacement batteries?
A. Yes! We sell replacement batteries for $30. Get them here.

Q. Can I wash my Chilli clothing?
A. Yes, Chilli clothing can be washed on a delicate cycle. They cannot be put in the dryer. For more details, check the Chilli clothing care guide here.
